Funding Model/s for Development

Originally funded by debentures from friends. Rebuild self-funded from large earthquake insurance payout (4 million), own funds from rents, allowing 3 people to pre-buy their units, and Kiwibank mortgage (2.25 million).

Not use an architect led development.

Choose a builder or developer led project. Aim for 15 houses or more.
